Once you have completed the requirements for your next rank, it's time for a
Scoutmaster Conference and Board of Review.
The Scoutmaster Conference is a short discussion to cover anything from
what you like / dislike about the Troop to the skills you have acquired and the
challenges you faced.
The Board of Review is conducted with 3 adults from the Troop to discuss
your journey in Scouting...What do you enjoy, what are the hard parts, your
thoughts on leadership, etc
Once you have been signed off, the Advancement Coordinator will notify BSA
and you will receive your new rank shortly.
