Scout Troops 1564 & 1804

Bainbridge Island BSA Troops 1564 for boys and 1804 for girls holds its Christmas tree recycling fundraiser every year to support our programs, assisting Scouts in learning leadership, citizenship, and outdoor skills, attending camps, and other adventures. This fundraiser is run by the Scouts from our Troops, who are directly involved in picking up the trees and arranging for them to be recycled by composting. On the day of pickup

To prepare your tree for pick-up, remove all decorations and tinsel from your tree. Prior to 8am on Saturday, January 6th, place your tree in a visible location at the curb or where you indicated to us in your reservation. Your tree will be collected and recycled into mulch. We cannot take wreaths, flocked trees, or artificial trees. If we can not find your tree, we will try contacting you by SMS or phone call to make arrangements to attempt a second pick-up.
